Application Support Analyst

Based in the Cape Town office, this hybrid role involves working up to 3 days remote per week. The successful candidate will work UK hours 09:00-17:30 (BST/GMT) and will observe UK public holidays.

Job Overview

The role involves providing technical solutions, advice, and consultancy for software applications. Experience in 2nd line application support, database interrogation, and ticket resolution is required.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the functional and technical aspects of the Social Housing product suite.
  • Experience in application support.
  • Fulfil self‑service requests.
  • Gain knowledge of our product set.
  • Resolve support tickets to SLA commitments.
