Application Support Analyst (SAP)

Responsibilities

. Support users on business applications and systems.

. Troubleshoot system issues and follow up with vendors when needed.

. Manage user accounts, access rights and system permissions.

. Gather user feedback and support system improvements.

. Assist with system testing, implementation and user training.

. Prepare reports and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

. Support basic data extraction and SQL queries.

. Maintain system guides, records and project documents.

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

. At least 3 years of experience in application, ERP or business systems support.

. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, Power BI and IT ticketing tools.

. Good troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills.
