We’re partnered with a fast-moving technology-driven business that is expanding its support function and looking for a motivated Application Support Analyst to join the team. This role offers a predominantly remote setup with occasional in-person collaboration and provides a clear path to develop your skills in SQL, database systems, and application development.

The Role

You’ll be part of a small but highly efficient support team, acting as the first line of defence for application-related queries. From investigating day-to-day issues and helping users regain access to systems, to keeping support records up to date and spotting areas for process improvement, your input will be key to ensuring smooth operations.
