As a member of a regional team that oversees real‑time payment applications connected to Fedwire and Chips, you will:

  • Provide level 2 and 3 technical and functional support for our payment applications, resolving production issues and reporting incidents to the appropriate chain of command.
  • Develop applications to automate manual operational tasks, build custom monitoring tools, and generate reports.
  • Perform post‑deployment testing of new releases (quality assurance).
  • Build and develop new features in production and in development environments.
  • Help the team improve CI/CD practices and automate tasks.
