ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide Level 2 functional and technical support across Master Data Management, market data platforms, pricing services, and risk management systems.
This role acts as a bridge between IT and business teams, supporting users across Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Accounting, and related functions. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, a good understanding of commodities trading and market data workflows, and the ability to support data quality, integrations, curve management, and risk analytics processes.
