Role Overview

In this role, you will ensure our core business applications are reliable and easy to use. Beyond daily troubleshooting, you’ll work to improve system workflows, enhance our data reporting, and help lead the transition toward a more up-to-date application landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day health and user support for all internal business applications.
  • Act as the technical expert for complex issues, leveraging logs and database queries to resolve problems quickly.
  • Identify and fix the root cause of recurring problems to prevent future occurrences.
  • Work with the IT Infrastructure team to keep our main systems efficient and reliable.
  • Ensure support processes are consistent, documented, and easy to replicate.
  • Support business reporting needs using SQL, Excel, or BI tools.
  • Manage the data lifecycle, including cleaning up and moving old data during system upgrades.
