Job Description:

Qualifications Required:

  • 2–5 years of experience in application or system support, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with SWIFT, BNM systems, or interbank payment platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, SWIFT Certified Specialist, or CompTIA Server+/Security+ are desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1/2 application support for SWIFT and interbank payment systems, ensuring high availability and system stability.
  • Monitor application health, transaction flows, and system alerts; proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot application, interface, and connectivity issues related to SWIFT messaging and payment processing.
