:The opportunity:
This document describes an PLM (Teamcenter) & Engineering apps (NX, BIM, Engineering Base, Polarion) Specialist/ Administrator resource that we need at “PLM Applications Development and Support (TZ)” to be able to perform and meet future support and training needs.
How you'll make an impact:
Responsible for supporting our global PLM & Engineering apps users (e.g. Teamcenter, Active Workspace, NX, Engineering Base, BIM / ACC and Polarion).
Responsible for application documentation, creation of guidelines and training material.
Support and maintain our 3D standard libraries.
User license and access management, solving and managing support issues continuously.
Support and train our Global users and Power Users.
Reporting and collaborating with 3rd line support (Vendor and Application Suppliers).
