Job Responsibilities
1. Interact with the business user and understand the problem
2. Troubleshoot and debug applications and provide application support
3. Develop Knowledge management document
4. Should be ready to work in shifts and non-office hours if required
5. ITIL certification with excellent knowledge of service management, change management, problem management
6. Coordination with other department and vendors for smooth running of applications
Competencies / Skills
- Knowledge of Oracle based application development technology like Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning.
- Knowledge on the Microsoft based application development technology like .Net, C#.
- Willing to work on new technology as per business need
