Support the Island Pacific systems as an Application Support Analyst at YM Inc. This full-time position involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, and providing user assistance in North York, Ontario.
YM Inc. is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to enhance system performance on the IBMi/AS platform. You will assist users with troubleshooting, maintain application integrity, and ensure adherence to data security standards. The role includes off-hours support and participation in system training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to users of Island Pacific systems
• Perform operational maintenance on IBMi (AS) applications
• Document user interactions and suggest process enhancements
• Maintain standards for system development and data protection
• Assist with training programs for new systems
Requirements:
• BA or BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of experience in application support
