, you will have the opportunity to: Provide quality assurance for the projects in development, by planning and testing, identifying and documenting defects, and working with developers and product managers to fix and verify issues.Provide feedback on system improvements based on user experiences and operational challenges.Create, execute, maintain manual and automated tests (in Ranorex and/or other auto web test tools).Field technical Level 3 Support escalations via SFL in a timely and professional mannerReplicate, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues. Triage, log, and escalate to Development when necessary. Retrospectively review the need for escalation, identify steps to proactively address where possible (i.e. internal/external training opportunity, GTST knowledge base addition, etc.) to improve future support.Act as a liaison between users, product managers, and the Development Team t...
