The Business Application Group Operations Enablement chapter's mandate is to build proactive operational capabilities to assure and continuously improve quality and reliability of business operations, define and execute controls for service transition and deliver enabling experience for users through seamless service and tailored knowledge management.

To support our ongoing efforts, we are currently seeking an Operations Enablement Application Specialist to join our dynamic team in Manila. The team in Manila collaborates globally with the Business Application agile operating model.
