Position Summary

  • This position is mainly focused on driving excellence in customer applications & technical support for boththe pre-sales process and post-sales training and related customer requirements
  • Works closely with customers to identify market opportunities

    • Main Tasks

  • Accompanies Sales colleagues to provide technical and applications expertise in response to customer inquiries.
  • Performs product demonstrations in the field or lab.
  • Plans and delivers user meetings in the field application. Bulids and develops customer relationship in the respective regions and China.
  • Supports presales promotion on technical-oriented competitive negotiation and tenderings.
  • Attends technical training and scientific meetings to gather information on new trends, products and discoveries affecting.
