Job Description
- Plan and execute application training, product presentations and product demonstrations
- Assist the sales team in pre and post-sales support like product demo, training, and installation
- Objectively determining customers' requirement and understand the functionality of all available modules on the given equipment.
- Working closely with sales team to ascertain customer requirements within and beyond the equipment capabilities
- Working closely with sales team to determine market requirements within and beyond the equipment capabilities
- Working closely with service team in addressing and delineating service issues from application issues
- Determining specific training requirements and executing it for all segments of the hospitals / medical center / clinic - for both clinical and non-clinical staff
