Job Description
As an Applications Specialist at Dingo, you will be responsible for delivering successful customer solutions by configuring and deploying our Dingo Inspections product to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy mobile inspection forms using the Dingo Inspections tool using rule‑based logic to deliver a simple and seamless experience for end users.
- Gather, analyse, and document customer requirements, ensuring clarity for both customer and development teams.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and dependencies to ensure on‑time delivery for multiple customers.
- Act as the liaison between customers and the Product and/or R&D team(s) for technical requirements and platform enhancements.
- Assist with the delivery of customer data integrations (including inbound data feeds via direct integration or API and outbound integration with ERPs like SAP), ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
