Job Description
- IT – Application Lead is responsible for Application Landscape for ReNew.
- Collaborate with Sr. Leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Resource planning , develop team skill matrix and team work load management
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals
- Mentor, guide and coach direct reports in order to expand their capabilities and build management depth within the organization
- This involves selection & implementation of new technology for ReNew in in the digital transformation journey.
- Ensure that requirements traceability is maintained and new application requirements are introduced in a controlled manner with regard to functional dependencies, integration points, and regression considerations
- Take the lead in IT projects to optimize operations and boost productivity
