Application Specialist – Clinic Systems

Responsibilities

• Review Zenoti release notes, updates and new features to identify potential operational benefits.
• Research and evaluate new modules, features and complementary software solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations to the IT Director.
• Participate in vendor demos and discovery sessions regarding emerging functionality and integrations.
• Perform testing, configuration and on-site training — availability for 10–30% travel required.
• Configure features, workflows and modules during initial rollout in accordance with operational and IT requirements.
• Execute end-to-end testing, validate functional behavior and document results.
• Prepare change management deliverables including rollout plans, training materials and implementation guidelines.
