Application Service Manager (Iron Making)

Job Description :

Report to: Vietnam Business Head 

•Providing all aspects of application service comprehensively. •Playing a significant role in the implementation of improvement activities in BF trough area of the customer sites in a time bound manner. •Providing the technical support in rolling out of New products (including tap hole clay), application technique, equipment trial and establishing those in the customer sites. •Building a collaborative working relationship with the application teams based at multiple customer sites through regular interactions, TOT/knowledge sharing and sharing of best practices. •Regular Problem solving at various sites – CCAR analysis with on time quality resolutions. •Involves in preparation of techno – commercial proposals for new projects in the Blast furnace area in consultation with his superior and take part in the technical discussion with the customers.
