Application Research Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute product benchmarking trials at lab and pilot plant scale for all the application segments identified.
• Supporting new product scale up by running application trials to ensure product efficacy.
• Support the preparation of samples and food product prototypes for customers.
• Support evaluation and documentation of test outcomes, and report preparation.
• Administers the day-to-day application lab activities including experiments, records and housekeeping.
• Maintain equipment, consumables and ingredients in the application lab in a safe and hygienic condition.
• Maintain the application lab in neat and hygienic conditions in line with 6S practices.
• Monitor the raw materials or ingredients stocks level and feedback to Department Administrator accordingly.
• Ensure product quality and prompt delivery according to schedule.
• Assist Department Administrator in library keeping.
