using the 6R framework (rehost, replatform, refactor, rearchitect, repurchase, retire) Develop and manage
application rationalization scorecards , including scoring models, weighting, and governance Conduct
application portfolio assessments
across large environments, aligning to business and technical objectives Segment applications into
complexity tiers (low/medium/high)
and define appropriate migration strategies Facilitate
