Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.



Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout and adoption of standardized processes across our infrastructure and production support teams

  • Partner with strategic leaders and cross-functional teams to drive process adoption across multiple organizations

  • Roll out standardized processes and ensure consistent implementation across groups

  • Engage with stakeholders who contribute only part-time to process efforts, balancing empathy with accountability

  • Act as a connector between production support teams and executive leadership, ensuring visibility and alignment
