Production support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).
Deployments and testing for new projects.
Obsolescence management and patching activities.
Handling user requests and internal client support.
Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions.
Answering product-related queries, including: Product usage and design, Configuration, Software updates, Third-party integrations.
Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.
Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.
