Application Production Support

At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a Application Production Support to join a leading company in the banking sector . You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems.

Main responsibilities:

Production support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).Deployments and testing for new projects.Obsolescence management and patching activities.Handling user requests and internal client support.Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions.Answering product-related queries, including: Product usage and design, Configuration, Software updates, Third-party integrationsManaging tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.Performance tuning and root cause analysis.
