Programme Leadership & Delivery Ownership

Lead end-to-end application packaging programmes for global enterprise clients — scoping, planning, tool selection, resourcing, delivery governance, and quality assurance. Own delivery accountability for India packaging team SLA performance, quality metrics, and client satisfaction across all managed packaging accounts. Define and govern the packaging factory operating model — intake SLAs, complexity tiering, quality gates, peer review process, and escalation paths.
