Application Operation Support

Job purpose:

In the Cluster Supply Organization, the incumbent will perform their functions by facilitating a rapid and flexible response to changing conditions and customer needs through an iterative approach and the continual development of new solutions particularly in the ever-changing requirements.

Incumbents know ledge and experience are needed to demonstrate flexibility with regard to assignments to various cells and chapters, even across cluster boundaries.

Key activities:

• Technical product documentation (CORIA, interface descriptions, other relevant documents)
• Working in a cross-functional team (including external vendor) so that all tasks required to deliver the relevant products, services, processes and systems can be completed
• Preparing logs/minutes and researching required background information (figures, data and facts)
