Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily application system operation and maintenance to ensure stable operation
  • Monitor and analyze application performance; identify and resolve system issues
  • Assist in application deployment and upgrades to ensure smooth transitions
  • Maintain operation documentation, system changes, and runbooks
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
  • Conduct system health checks to prevent risks and propose improvements
  • Collaborate with the development team to support dev/test environments

Work Experience:

  • Experience in application operation, maintenance, or system management
  • Experience in large enterprises or multinational companies is preferred
