**Application manager**:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Application Manager for SATS Group. The role will be responsible **for Exerp**, our core ERP system supporting membership, sales, and operational processes across SATS and Fresh Fitness. The responsibility might also include other key third-party systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the system’s stability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
You will lead the Exerp team, manage system configurations, oversee support processes, and drive continuous improvements. The role requires close collaboration with product teams, IT operations, and stakeholders across the Nordic region.
The role is based in Oslo, requires physical presence in the Oslo office at least 3 days a week, and reports to the Nordic Chief Digital Officer.
