Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the application lifecycle for key lending systems (LOS, LMS, GL, CRM) and digital journeys.
  • Oversee day-to-day support and maintenance of lending applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Manage CRM systems and digital customer journeys for lending products, optimizing the user experience and customer engagement throughout the lending process.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing, supporting, or developing lending applications (LOS, LMS, GL) and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of lending products, processes, customer journeys, and industry standards.
  • In-depth understanding of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), General Ledger (GL), and CRM platforms.
