For our client we are currently looking for a Application Management Support for SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) (m/f/d) - Remote.

Your tasks

  • Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues in the SAP Sales Cloud (SAP C4C V1) environment
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, interfaces, and data replication processes, including support for SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
  • Provide Application Management Support (AMS)
