  • The Application Management Platform Support Engineer is responsible for supporting application management functions across cloud and on-premises platforms.
  • This role involves assisting with cloud migrations, onboarding applications to monitoring tools, and supporting infrastructure and middleware services.
  • The ideal candidate has strong experience in application support, cloud platforms, Linux administration, and automation scripting.
    • Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong experience in application support and application management.
  • Solid hands-on and conceptual knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Experience in Linux and Unix system administration.
  • Strong shell scripting skills for troubleshooting and automation.
  • Experience with application monitoring tools such as Client, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, or similar tools.
