We are currently seeking an Application Maintenance and Support L2 role in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support, L2 role
- Strong in Unix
- Strong in writing SQL queries
- Knowledge of any other scripting/coding languages – preferably Java
Responsibilities
- Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
- Help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
- Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages.
- Work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
