  • Maintain and support applications, ensuring availability and adherence to SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents; perform root‑cause analysis and implement fixes. Automate routine maintenance tasks using scripts and tools.
  • Apply changes and releases safely across Unix/Linux environments.
  • Set up monitoring and dashboards for proactive issue detection. Participate in extended hours/on‑call support rotation when required.

Qualifications

  • 5‑8 years in application maintenance or production support.
  • Strong skills in Java, Perl and Unix/Linux scripting.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript for minor fixes or enhancements. Knowledge of C++ for legacy components and experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
