Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work as a Level 3 support, investigating and resolving tickets - this can include on call support.
  • Work on enhancements - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in application development.
  • Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance application performance.
