Job Description
The Application Integration Specialist manages desktop and web-based software solutions typically sourced from third-party vendors. With a strong emphasis on security, they will ensure seamless integrations and effective automation. Will need experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and automation and bots. They will work directly with internal department stakeholders to provide application design, analysis, implementation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting for integration and automation. As one of the primary internal technical points of contact, they will provide support services, liaise with vendor technical support, and contribute to business intelligence and data analytics projects as needed. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate technical documentation and regularly managing application integration upgrades, including testing, scheduling, and implementation.
