Job Description

  • Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunities, and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Provide pre-sale assistance and after-sales support to customers.
  • Prepare sales visits, maintain customers' contact database and update project status/activity reports on a weekly basis or as and when required by immediate supervisor.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops/training with customers for the management and Product Marketing as required.
  • Support marketing activities in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Deliver presentations and hand-on demonstrations of our clients' products, applications, and technology for the purpose of product sales.
  • Maintaining excellent business relationship with customers
