Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train, support and collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Portfolio & Technology Development in identifying customer needs and innovative solutions fulfilling technical and application-related specifications considering sustainable total cost of ownership (STCO) Attain and maintain deep industry knowledge of belting/conveying solutions, products & services, and customer applications in assigned industry segments(s) Support and provide application engineering training for internal resources and customers Leverage all available systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) to capture, track and manage customer issues, commercial activities, and problem resolution Maintain knowledge of internal products, services, and updates and stay informed about competing products and servicesWork with Operations (fabrication & assembly) to identify and resolve any customer-related challenges and/or sales opportunities
