Application Engineer Team Lead (Tecate)

Job Summary: This role is responsible for leading an engineering team that provides custom low voltage motor control centers (LVMCC) based on customer specifications.

• Review orders with engineers to map out order processing strategy and risk identification and mitigation plans.
• Ensure final engineering output meets customer requirements and follows quality processes.
• Engage with order problems, provide solutions, and remove obstacles to success at any point in the process.
• Maintain high visibility within the business unit and participate in internal projects to improve customer experience and business performance.

• Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
