Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for evaluating and driving progress on external business leads, ensure the efficient conversion of high-value leads into potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain engagement with potential leads to understand and validate their needs and wants.
  • Deliver technical and product consultancy for external leads across various platforms.
  • Track the final outcomes of high-value leads, deliver regular feedback reports.
  • Work with MA and sales team to improve the process of customer call handling.
  • Work with inside and outside sales team to strengthen the existing business and develop new markets.
  • Familiar with and understand the application of technical knowledge and customer needs, follow the technical development trend and summarize.
