About the role, ERIKS is looking for a committed Application Engineer to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting our customers and delivering practical engineering solutions within the mechanical engineering sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to and work closely with the Senior Application Engineer and the Regional Product Manager (APAC)
- Liaise with the Global Team on product-related activities
- Provide technical support to the sales team
- Conduct product presentations and technical briefings to customers
- Execute business strategies and sales plans as set by Management
- Attend and work on-site when required
- Perform any other duties or projects assigned by the immediate supervisor
