Application Engineer

About the Role
We're looking for a Sales/Application Engineer to support pump and water system sales activities — mainly office-based, with occasional site or client visits. You'll handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and assist in product selection to ensure customers receive the right technical and commercial support.

What You'll Do

• Handle and follow up quotations in a timely manner.
• Support customers through phone and email inquiries.
• Assist with pumps & blower selection and technical recommendations.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
• Work closely with outdoor sales engineers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain proper documentation and customer records.
• Provide consistent, professional customer support and service.
