Application Engineer / Senior Application Engineer (Connectivity)

Job purpose:

You will be part of Southeast Asia team to deliver a strong market service for connectivity products and solutions in terms of technical product support, new product design-in and systemization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the technical expert for industrial connectivity solutions, including connectors, cabling systems, and network infrastructure.
• Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies in industrial connectivity and communication protocols.
• Maintain confident knowledge of the Phoenix Contact connectivity portfolio, including signal, data, and power transmission products.
• Provide timely and accurate technical support to regional sales subsidiaries and customers on connectivity-related inquiries, applications, and troubleshooting.
