Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Onboarding & Support
    • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth adoption of our data analytics solutions.
    • Provide technical assistance during and after the onboarding phase to ensure a successful implementation.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for addressing client queries and resolving technical issues.
  2. Technical Expertise & Implementation
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, data structures, and technical needs.
    • Configure, customize, and deploy data analytics applications to meet client requirements.
    • Develop and optimize scripts, queries, and tools to support data pipelines and workflows.
  3. Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting
    • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software bugs or system malfunctions reported by clients or identified internally.
