- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams participate in Machine Vision & Auto Optical Inspection Machine
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for existing products and solutions
- Conducting research and analysis to identify new opportunities for product innovation and improvement
- Documenting and maintaining technical specifications, user manuals, and other relevant documentation
- Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
