Job Description

Provide technical helpline support to product and application enquiries from Asia Sales subsidiaries' technical teams.

Provide on-site support to customers to resolve product application issues whenever deemed necessary, including travel to Asian countries.

Support Asia Sales subsidiaries in the Service Level project services.

Establish new solutions for emerging product applications in Asia.

Support product training for technical colleagues in Asia.

Working closely with key stakeholders (local & overseas) to continuously improve technical helpline productivity.

A minimum of a Bachelor of Engineering (any field).

Must have 4-6 years of working experience in product application support or field application support.

Possesses good knowledge of FA products, including proximity sensors, area scanners, barcode readers, safety curtain, and safety scanner.

Pre-- and post-sales support and consultancy experience preferred.
