Application Engineer

Responsibilities for Simcenter Application Engineer

• Technical Support: you will effectively meet Simcenter software portfolio (mainly Simcenter 3D and Simcenter Star-CCM+) technical support needs and communicate solutions to end-users via telephone, e-mail, and online;
• Training: you will provide training courses for our customers: onsite, at our in-house training facility, and over the internet;
• Applications Engineering: you will get to travel to customer manufacturing facilities to install Simcenter software and run test programs on their machines to prove the software capabilities;
• Demonstrations: you will provide technical pre-sales support demonstration and competitive analysis (benchmarking).
• To conduct pre-sales, project management, training, technical & post-implementation support activities for each project
