Job Duties: Work with factory for different DOE (Design of experiments) to characterize different material and stack up for specific applications, review results and finalize the material and stack up. Responsible for Antenna design, work on simulation for RF, impedance and loss requirement, and design test fixtures to test Antenna function. Analyze the manufacturing yield and test data. Review the tooling and fixture designs from factory team and work with team to optimize it for high volume production. Responsible for Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) and facilitate all necessary technical documents for quotes. Apply knowledge of industrial and mechanical engineering to support quote preparation activity including penalization, material selection and part construction, Bill of Material (BOM).
