This role involves complex problem-solving, SQL script development, comprehensive documentation, and mentoring of junior staff. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT systems, particularly in eDiscovery environments, with certifications in relevant eDiscovery applications and a strong background in application troubleshooting and SQL scripting. The role is 'hands-on' and will require an individual with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. You will be expected to understand and adhere to best practices during planning and day-to-day execution of operations. The Application Engineer reports to the Operations Manager and is an Operations team member.
