Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales team, be sensitive to sales situations, able to quickly analyze a technical problem quickly. Be able to deliver effective presentation and demonstration of products to both large and small technical and non-technical audiences.

Provide front-line product technical support, including email and hot line phone call product support. Interface and coordinate with global technical support group to meet customers’ satisfaction.
• Provide expert hotline support to customers for the Cognex Vision and Identification Products family.
• Provide technical support to satisfy customer’s request.
• Manage and handle all possible platforms used and supported by our products, including Host machines (e.g. PC, Stand-alone), Operating systems (Win7,8 & others) , Compilers (e.g. C#.NET), Industrial protocols and other related areas
