- Support and coordinate with Sales team and factory in preparation of technical proposal/tender documents/clarifications with customer for PLC system, Control system, Motor and Drives requirements.
- Support in documentation such as daily report, site service report and site work schedule.
- Visit to End Users/Consultants/Contracters with Sales team or with Partners to present Company’s products and its specifications.
- Provide precise and timely information to Sales team to review proposals for customers.
- Secure customer satisfaction by overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (Site executions and delivery).
- Participate in the site work support to support our Field Service Engineer when needed.
- Support and coordinate and/or attends trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as required.
