Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Actively hunt and secure new engineering projects from industrial, commercial, and corporate clients


• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with measurable targets


• Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and solution-based selling


• Prepare and close quotations, proposals, and tenders


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and decision-makers


• Prepare weekly sales performance, forecast, and project reports to management


• Support marketing and branding initiatives to strengthen market presence

REQUIREMENTS


• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field


• 1–3 years experience in engineering sales, project sales, or industrial services


• Strong technical understanding of engineering systems, drawings, and specifications
